We could not miss one of the best musical productions - to our knowledge - was held in the new millennium.
We have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the great jewels of modern rock. We talked about the last album released by The Raconteurs (The Storytellers) during the month of April 2008 under the name of Consolers of the Lonely (which you can download with good audio quality from its official website theraconteurs.com ). 
The group consists of Jack White (also a member of White Stripes), Brendan Benson, Jack Lawrence and Patrick Keeler (the latter two of The Greenhornes).
This band, which started as a hobby between White and Benson, ended up giving a very good fruit, when in 2006 they released their first LP under the name "Broken Boy Soldiers" (a beautiful piece of rock with a clear influence of music American folk).
For this year, Raconteurs released an album with a remarkable musical production that is characterized by its powerful sound, rhythm changes, the narrative of his lyrics and a bluesy influence. Contains fourteen tracks including can be found from the beginning rocker, with songs like "Consolers of the Lonely" and "Salute Your Solution", the lilting "You Do not Undersatnd Me" (a rock ballad with a piano in front and admirable arrangements), "Many Shades Of Black" appears to be an unreleased track by Queen - at some point. The Rich Kid Blues astonishing is the successor of the previous album Blue Veins. A brash melodic blues full of changes, a variable in their moods, which lead us to the euphoria of peace with angry cries of White and effective riff.
Culminates Carolina Drama: a true poetic narration of a family conflict in the county. A mere nod to the great counter-stories-from Bob Dylan, but with a different arrogance in musical composition.
Certainly we have a new album that aims to shape the rock demands. In vain cite bands like Led Zeppelin or Rolling Stone as clear influences, since, in regard to these guys, they're avid connoisseurs of the genre.
There are many notes, not a massive project and billionaire, although it is a conspicuous product for people awake. Gradually they gain loyal over the Internet or the young enthusiasts who comes to his concerts. But it only remains to wait for what lies time and enjoy their two albums already published that own good taste and sound quality.
