Pearl Jam vendrá a Sudamérica
Así lo confirmó su guitarrista, Mike McCready, en una radio estadounidense. Según sus propias palabras, la banda está trabajando en su noveno disco de estudio y aseguró que “es muy probable que bajemos hasta Sudamérica”.
Por el momento no hay fechas confirmadas ni estipuladas. La visita podría darse antes de fin de año o durante el 2011 – luego del lanzamiento de su próximo álbum.
Dicho material fue grabado en Los Ángeles, junto al productor Brendan O’Brien y se espera que esté listo para diciembre.
Pero esto no termina acá: Pearl Jam celebrará 20 años de trayectoria – ininterrumpida – y también planea festejarlo a lo grande, con película incluida.
La propuesta audiovisual estará a cargo del director Cameron Crowe, aunque tampoco hay datos certeros sobre cuando sería su publicación.
Lo cierto es que – a diferencia de lo que se creía, por el párate que anunciaron meses atrás – la legendaria banda que compartió popularidad Nirvana en los 90s, está lejos de dar su último recital.
